Plastic CNC Machining

In keeping with our policy to be in the forefront of technology, PolyPlas Engineering Ltd uses a state of the art Computerised Numerical Control (CNC) milling and routing facility which accurately machines full three dimensional products from drawings or a sample workpiece on either its original or modified format.

We have 3 CNC profiling routing beds for all plastic sheet materials, 1 with a capacity of 3000mm x 2000mm, another with a capacity of 3000mm x 1500mm and the third with a capacity of 2440mm x 1220mm. All our plastic machining and routing plus finishing, deburring and second operations are all carried out in-house.
